Requirements

At the most basic level, we hope that you are a sharp and intellectually curious person who is excited by the idea of helping to grow an innovative, technology-focused global company. Our culture depends greatly on interpersonal skills, so we also hope that you are able to mix with and develop relationships with people of many different professional and personal backgrounds.

Ideally, you have a technical or business background, and a good command of English. For positions in Germany, you will need to be fluent in German as well. We are a global company, so naturally, international experience and interests are an advantage.

You should have completed a Master’s degree, or the equivalent, by September in the year of the program.
