Hydro’s head office for sales and marketing of aluminium casthouse products in Asia & Oceania is located in Singapore. From the sales offices in Singapore, Japan and Australia, combined with our local representatives all over Asia, Hydro offers a full range of commercial and technical services, and a personal relationship with each customer. Extrusion ingot, foundry alloys, sheet ingot, and P1020 are supplied from our primary aluminium plants in Kurri Kurri and Tomago, Australia, to customers all over Asia & Oceania, as well as non-Asia markets.

Further enhancing our capability to serve the market’s needs is the construction of two new sources; the Qatalum smelter in Qatar (start up in late 2009) and the Famco remelter in Taiwan (start up in late 2008). Through these sources we can deliver a larger range of product options and increased security of supply. These investments show Hydro’s commitment as a long term supplier and partner to our customers in Asia & Oceania.

Hydro is one of the world's leading aluminium suppliers with a presence on every continent. The company’s focus on customized solutions, continuous innovation and systematic knowledge sharing helps create value for customers in all business areas.
